Human Capital Consultant

ICAP seeks to recruit a Consultant for the Human Capital Consulting Department.



 Role description

  • Support ICAP’s existing portfolio of psychometric tools mainly in terms of customer service and development of tools (translations etc).
  • Participate in assessment and development centers. To conduct relevant projects according to client requirements based on competencies assessment and development.
  • Support participants of outplacement projects. To conduct market search and develop and use network of contacts to facilitate placements.
  • Participate in projects in the areas of performance management, corporate culture development /communication, HR audits, rewards, competency and leadership development training etc.
  • Support business development through the design of promotional activities (direct mail, telephone communication, event preparation) and writing of business proposals and presentations to clients.

Job Requirements



Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years professional experience in HR or HR consulting. Working experience in psychometric tests, assessment centers, outplacement projects will be considered an extra asset.
  • Degree in Psychology or Business or HR Management. Post graduate studies in HR management or Occupational Psychology is desirable
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Greek and in English
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Customer Service Orientation

  • Initiative and problem-solving skills
