ICAP seeks to recruit an experienced HR Clients Relationship Manager to join the company’s Client Management department. He/ She will provide HR project & account management expertise for the key projects ICAP undertakes on behalf of its clients.  The incumbent has a key role in supervising the implementation and delivery of HR Outsourcing projects (BPO/ RPO), being the focal point with key clients and providing after sales support for ICAP.


  • Responsible for the account management of External Clients end to end
  • Responsible for drafting contracts with Clients in cooperation with the legal dpt. & process department invoices for payment
  • Provides customer service to the employee population by responding to payroll inquiries via email, phone.
  • Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, human resources, budget and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports, e.g. labor" home" work, overtime, leave balances, head count, and retirement contribution reports)
  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets such as post-payroll benefit accruals and labor distribution, month-end, year-end, and ad-hoc reports
  • Provides accurate, timely, and professional support to Clients’ requests
  • Maintaining HRIS systems/databases by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
  • Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators (Security technician & Doctor of Labor)

Job Requirements


  • Bachelors Degree in a Business discipline
  • Postgraduate Degree (HRM or MBA) from a well reputed academic institution will be highly appreciated
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of Greek labor law, payroll, and tax issues
  • Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent command of English
  • Proven track record delivering business results
  • Ability to effectively manage priorities of self and others and use time effectively.
  • Work experience in an international environment will be considered an asset
  • Ability to build consensus, share knowledge, and work in a team.
