ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a 4-star Hotel, is seeking for a Hotel Manager to join their team located in Peloponnese.

Hotel Manager (Ref.  4395/HTM/ESS/GR)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model
  • Inspect and coordinate all Departments for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, health and safety standards, staff and hospitality culture.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to all hotel’s departments according to the operations standards 
  • Negotiate central agreements and manage the social media channels
  • Assisting event planners with large-scale business and personal events
  • Manage budgets/expenses, analyse and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits
  • Communicate with customers when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information etc.)
  • Manage all necessary staff recruitment processes.

Job Requirements


  • At least 3+ years of proven experience as Hotel Manager or Operations Manager, Rooms Division Manager, F&B Manager, Sales Manager in large hotel chains.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferable in the hospitality sector
  • Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).  An additional language will be considered a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills and commitment to providing excellent service to hotel guests
  • Highly competent computer skills and knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in the hotel sector. 
  • Excellent time management & organizational skills.
