ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a leading digital solutions provider, is looking for an experienced professional to cover the role of Head of Digital Solutions.

Head of Digital Solutions

The Head of Digital Solutions will lead the Digital Marketing Solutions team and be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management. We are seeking for a high-performing Sales Manager engaged in customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.


Key Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status in the Digital Marketing Industry
  • Build company image by collaborating with customers, partners, suppliers, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends & Betas in the Digital Marketing Ecosystem

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • MBA will be considered an asset
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Digital Marketing Solutions with special focus in Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, Google Display Network, Dynamic Remarketing/Retargeting, Google Analytics, Email marketing, Mobile Marketing
  • Google AdWords and Analytics certifications will be considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to understand clients’ business needs and translate them into actionable performance strategy
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills and ability to multi-task between different projects
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Greek & English
  • Demonstrate strong Team - Leadership skills
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
