ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a multinational company, leader in the FMCG industry, is looking for a driven Financial Analyst.

 

Financial Analyst, Sales & Operations Planning (Ref: 4276/FA/ESS/GR)

Main Tasks:

  • Prepare the total country and individual category forecast and manage adjustments.
  • Manage and design information management structure (databases, reporting etc.) for all stakeholders in SEE Cluster.
  • Support the business in generating its own insights and support the local market with management reporting requirements for Cluster/ Global.
  • Ensure data accuracy for reporting and implement improvements.
  • Analyze current and past trends in KPIs including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
  • Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools.
  • Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports.
  • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, menu pricing, new store rollouts as well as new projects.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in management accounting and/or reporting roles, in a multinational corporate environment
  • BSc in Economics/Finance with an MBA or relevant Postgraduate degree
  • Proven strong analytical and database management/ excel skills
  • Ability to work fluidly with data and across systems that support the S&OP process (e.g. SAP)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong engagement, agile and self-driven
  • Able to take initiative and with focus towards continuous improvement
  • Teamwork mentality and ability to work well with cross functional teams
