Customer Support Associate_German Speaker

ICAP Employment Solutions, on behalf of its client, an IT Software Development Company, is seeking to recruit the position of Customer Support Associate_German Speaker.



Role description

  • Handle incoming calls, emails & chats and provide remote helpdesk & troubleshooting information in German (technical support or customer service support)
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
  • Answering customer questions and provide with relevant information

Job Requirements



Qualifications

  • Native or nearly native German speaker
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Greek will be considered an asset
  • Advanced tech skills and familiarity with new technologies
  • Previous experience in customer service – call centre services
  • Previous experience in people management will be considered an asset
  • Excellent communication, listening and phone skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a prompt and proficient manner
