ICAP Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leading distressed debt investor and recovery firm in Central and South-Eastern Europe, for professionals, to cover the following position:

Collection Agent (Ref. Code: 4436/CA/RS/GR)

 Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a primary point of contact for customers, advices and influences customers on the payment options;
  • Overcomes objections that customers may have about payments toward their account and helps them understand their account(s) and responsibilities;
  • Adheres to the company's policies, including Code of Ethics, and applicable regulation;
  • Aims to keep customer complaints at a minimum level;
  • Maintains and updates account information and completes appropriate documentation;
  • Follows up on the dispatch of Collection letters sent to delinquent customers and updates contact information.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, or any other business-related field
  • Minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience as a Call Center Collection Agent in Banking portfolio
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexible and committed in delivering results
