ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a multinational company, leader in the FMCG industry, is looking for an experienced professional for the position of:

 

Brand Manager (Ref. code: 4268/BM/ESS/GR)

 

Main Tasks:

  • Design brand strategy, translated it into full marketing plans (proposition – packaging – price – place)
  • Organize the annual brand marketing planning process
  • Execute the annual brand marketing plan and mix and implement specific brand activities
  • Develop and execute launch and re-launch plans as applicable
  • Co-ordinate the local implementation of regional/global initiatives (packaging artworks, media adaptation, etc)
  • Plan and supervise media and promotion plans, based on a thorough analysis of marketplace opportunities, competition, category performance and the company’s financial targets
  • Control brand expenditure vs. budget, adjusting in response to market conditions and overall company performance/priorities
  • Act as an interface and coordinate necessary activities between supply chain and sales departments to ensure effective execution of the brand plans
  • Participate in the monthly Sales & Operations Process and propose the necessary actions (i.e. promotional activities, pricing actions, etc) to deliver the monthly and annual financial KPIs.
  • Full P&L responsibility for the assigned brand
  • Collaborate with the regional teams, share local trends and performance and understand regional/global priorities that affect the local business
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities – liaising with local and international stakeholders - based on a thorough analysis of marketplace, competition, category performance
  • Lead the development of new projects to cover local needs and white spaces from ideas creation to market implementation

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • BSc in Marketing or any other relevant field
  • MSc/MBA is strongly desired
  • Proven experience 3-5 years in a relevant role, in the FMCG industry
  • Experience in developing 360 (traditional and digital) media campaigns
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Attention to detail with strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Combination of critical, analytical & commercial thinking
  • Strong business mindset
  • Reliability and assertive determination to ensure delivery of results
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • PC literate
