ICAP Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a startup company operating in the field of beauty services, for a professional to cover the position of ACCOUNT MANAGER – B2B SALES.

The candidate will be involved in challenging communication projects in the online beauty industry. The position is within the Sales department and plays a critical role in providing an interface between B2B customers and the company aiming at salon partnerships. 

ACCOUNT MANAGER – B2B SALES (Ref.4432/AC/RS/GR)

 Main Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and selling company’s services and offers to existing or prospective customers through calls, emails and social media and D2D approach
  • Walk in meetings with salon owners
  • Being responsible for the sales contracts procedure and for the creation of sales leads and follow up
  • Keeping up to date with competition’s products & services and analyzing the territory/market’s potential
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Expediting the resolution of customer problems, complaints and needs to maximize satisfaction and to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Supplying management with reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

Job Requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Business or Social Sciences
  • At least 2 years of experience as a B2B sales representative
  • Excellent selling, communication, negotiation and organizational skills
  • Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
  • Interest in consumer technology & digital knowledge
