Candidate Sourcing
ICAP Employment Solutions’ consultants are well trained and equipped with a cloud-based talent supply chain management platform in order to match candidates with desired experience and expertise; the candidate database of ICAP is extensive and consists of candidates who have been employed in various projects, candidates who have been evaluated by recruitment consultants and candidates who have submitted their CVs. Furthermore, for each position, ICAP consultants recognize the necessary skills and create relevant job opening which is posted in the most effective job sites. Finally, networking with professional groups and universities is a significant source of talents.

Candidate Assessment & Selection 
Once the incoming CVs have been screened, telephone interviews are conducted with those candidates who meet the initial requirements of the position to be filled. After the telephone screening, an extended shortlist has been created and these candidates are further assessed, undergoing personal interviews. Reference checks from previous employers are obtained and HOGAN Assessment Systems are available for psychometric testing. A shortlist consisting of 3-4 candidates who best meet the job requirements is sent to our customer and interviews are managed and scheduled. Once the preferred candidate has been selected, our consultants manage the total process, acting as an intermediary in these discussions, until a successful conclusion has been reached.

Employee On Boarding
Offers are communicated to the successful candidates, all necessary paperwork is obtained, contracts are prepared and sent to the public authorities. Employees are fully briefed and updated on our company structure and policies, to ensure that they are integrated in their working environment.
